Change the firmware operator code using some software, Google it, My dad has done it to unlock his N95 from T-Mobile because the network's are always behind on the new firmwares by a few months.

Just Google for the software, change the code to a default Nokia code and then reflash it using the Nokia software updater.

However if you change the firmware operator code and you need to take it back for repair they wont accept it, because its been tampered with. (or something along them lines) So its really "Do at your own risk".
