    Default Network Printer

Now, im not that big on printers, so I thought you guys might be.

I need a printer that we can either setup to connect to our wireless network, or plug straight into ethernet, we are done with all the print server malarcky, almost all print servers are god damn awful.

It needs to be a decent brand like HP. It cant use LOOOOADDSSSS of ink up, needs to be decent qaulity for label, photo and document printing too.

Also, please could I have a range of printers? We are looking into the more expensive Laser option too.

    Thanks and +REP.

Never argue with an idiot, he'll drag you down to his level, and beat you with experience.

Would you consider networking through Windows? Surely you have a computer you leave on most the time?

I tend to find ethernet printer networking is more hassle than it's worth, especially with HP. It's only useful if your scanning.

With Windows it's so easy to network, I managed to setup a Samsung Laser and network it to every computer in the house within 25 minutes.

Whats wrong with print servers? I have my home server setup as a print server (Using Windows Server 2008) and I deployed it via active directory and it was installed on all PCs in my house as soon as they logged in. Been working perfectly ever since.
