
The problem may lie within vista or it could be that the ipod might need to be reformatted, which you can do from that screen, just 'reinstall' ipod, that might fix any bugs and then you can re-synch everything.
It could be a error with vista's sharing.
or it could be a problem with Itunes.

I've already reformated the iPod, though it didn't work. It seems once my ipod has 1.10GB of music on it, it won't let it sync anymore :S
Btw, it's a 3 generation nano if it has an relevance to the problem

See if you can revert it toa older version, if that is the case, or try updating that.
The latest for gen 3 nano is 1.1.3 i think..
