Why will people use your site + not facebook or MyMeO

Comment on pictures
Able to chat to user's
Games with highscore's
Post on people's account's
Make albums
Able to make one picture a Profile Picture
Can have phone numbe directory for friends view's only.
Make the profile accessable to some friends/public only

Why will people use your site + not facebook or MyMeO

I don't aim for this to become big, I only want my friends and people in my school to use it, and maybe it would spread.

They'd use it because so many people suck up to me.
