    ...get rid of spots?

Hey guys I kinda got a spot problem, I am 14 and I have a lot of spots on my face (let me get that straight ). I am going to this woman next week and she like vacuums my face from all the spots, and I was wondering is there any other way to get rid of them?

A lot of it is just down to who you are rather than the way you look after your skin so even if you wash your fash regularly then you can still get a lot of spots. Some people get loads, some none at all so it's important to remember you're not missing something that others are doing to keep spots at bay, unless you aren't washing your face...
All I can do is tell you what I do to keep my face clean. Remember to wash your face in the shower, just put your face under the water for an extended period of time and if the shower has good water pressure it does a fine job of cleaning your face. Also don't use soap or anything when cleaning your face because spots are just pores clogged with oil so just use water. You can also exfoliate; wash your face with hot water to open your pores then scrub it with a rough sponge or a towel if you like. This will help get rid of dead skin as well as helping clear up spots. Afterwards wash your face with cold water to close the pores over again.
Some people may suggest store bought creams and gels and whatnot but I've never had any need to use them however they may work for you, I don't know.

Get a pin and start popping (lol). Normally spots go away on their own with time, but you can prevent them by using face cleaning products that remove the dirt from your pores, this can also speed the spots reduction time. You could also try other methods like medication if its really bothering you.

I've been through the spotty phase and yeah sure it's horrible but don't let it get to you. There is a high chance it has nothing to do with what you're doing, it's just some people get them when they're growing up. Most people get 1 or 2 every now and again some people just get loads.

What I do is get out of the shower (hot water obviously) then apply my clearasil and then wash it off with cold water a bit after. When mine were really bad I went to the doctors and they prescribe you some hardcore stuff which is a lot better and works more efficiently. I know at the moment you'll be thinking they're never going to, they will trust me. Gradually but surely.

Don't let them get on top of you. Get some spot cream. Hot water. Spot cream. Cold water. Works a treat. Make sure you always wash your face in the shower too. I used to put mine on like proper hardest pressure take the shower head and proper get it right in my face. It feels quite funny but yeah lmao. Then as soon as you get out put the appliance on. Leave it on for a bit then wash it off with cold water.

you gotta have a routine and keep to it aswell otherwise it'll never work. hot water > face wash > cold water twice a day, pat your face not rub it. exfoliate once a week. drink enough water (i'd say 2litres but even i find that impossible, try 1.5). don't be lazy and actually stick to it, don't touch your face neither. it's really simple but some people don't even try it thinking it won't work and if it doesn't then the doctor will know what's best for you

You could try steaming your face with one of them steamers They're good! And as Jen (buttons) said do not touch your face because the oil and stuff from your fingers will get to your face, just make sure you're washing your face properly everyday with some decent spot cream

i drink 7 liters of water a day

And i wash my face like Jen said and i use face wipes and try not to you foundation as much as i used to (not that you should have to deal with that). Heat gets rid of mine when i got back from florida they had all gone and when i got back from barbados on sunday all gone. Also not touching your face really does work yet it's so dam hard.
