PTC Site - Looking for a Partner

For the last few months i have been researching alot into making and running a PTC site. However i would to state now i would like to base my site like TreasureTrooper.com is and no towards the Bux.to direction which i belive is a dead market.

I am looking for a Bussiness partner to be co-ownerhsip and help build and run the site along side me. Idealy looking for someone who can show good commitment, has a little money their to be able to invest if needed and must have some sort of experience running annd building websites, prefably in this field of marketing.
