The Throne Sofa has stayed at that price for a long time now and more and more Habbos are having the Throne Sofas for RPG's i.e. Schools, Mafias. This is one reason why it popular and at this low price. The other reason aswell could be because of it being HC furni.

Well I cannot really comment on this rare due to the fact ive never had it and I've only known it though casinos. This might be why it a bit unpopular and the price is a bit high.

3.0HC - Seen One Times
2.9HC - Seen Two Times
Since the fact has been that this will never be sold on habbo again it become a rare which has just decresed but it has stayed at 3.0 for a couple of weeks now and people are starting to buy it to see if it goes back up. I personally think it is due to go back up but lets see.
