    http://keepvid.com if its youtube

If its on another site its best just to view the sorce and search for:

    - ".swf" or ".flv" if its flash
    - ".avi" if its playing in windows media player
    - ".mov" or ".mp4" if its playing in quicktime
Lets set the stage on fire, and hollywood will be jealous.

www.rslinks.org - to downlaod movies (helps if you have a RapidShare account and a download manager program)
Then use Nero or Ashampo to burn it onto disc.
