NPPL is National Professional Paintball League which is a US only event so chances are it's a US only game

Doubt it, I heard some games from America work on english 360s but only a very small amount

Don't really know, not sure if PS3 has region settings or not :s You'll have to ask in the Sony section or PM someone that has a PS3

it probably will because my friends got a ps3 from china and his us games all work no prob on it.
