Kareoke (sp?) games?

Anyone know if their is any kareoke (sp?) games on the 360? If not could I buy Rockband and just use a mic? Would be good if I could get a game and get some mates round/play on xbox live. I went on one last night with a few people and it were bloody great!

Just ran a Google search for one and found "Lips" looks good, wireless mics and everything! Going to preorder it, but does it come with the mics?

Lips is the latest one but they more pop-ish songs rock bands probly the way to go n u can do everything else too

On LiPS you can use your own songs off a Zune, might be able to use any mp3 or iPod, I don't know. My source is a video off Inside Xbox when it was E3, MrPointyHead and the creator spoke about it.
