Are you sure you have the right flash installed?
you should get a pop up giving you the oppertunity to install it.
If you don't then maybe it'll work by going to the home page and type in the adress box /client instead of /home and press enter?
    I love it when you
    flex like that

As Leah said, when you are logged in, add /client to the end of the address.
If that doesn't work, you need to make sure you have Flash installed, and also Adobe Shockwave Player. You can download shockwave directly from the Adobe site here.

The last resort would be kicking the computer.. however I don't reccomend that until seeking further help.

As Matt said, (This is like a chain ) you do need to make sure all of these are installed however you might already have them installed but there not updated so make sure (If they arnt updated) you get them updated.
