you basically just kill them and run around for abit. mostly in f2p since its easy

and if ur 75 as long as u got 43 prayer and swordies you should be fine.

I havn't got 43 prayer..
I think i got like 30s or something.

It'll be more risky if your prayer isn't at least 43. You should bring food, do it in F2P and just hope no one tries to kill you..
