Im Not Scared Of Going To Stuff Like The Kalphite Queen And Stuff Even Tho Im Only Lvl 88

When I Say Drops Good Stuff I Mean Quite Regurly Aswell

For me [Non] I would say lessers.

Fire Giants in the Waterfall Dungeon drop rune scimitars and lots of runes and charms.
Ankous in the Stronghold of Security drop lots of death runes and level three clue scrolls.
You could also try ranging Green Dragons, they drop green dragonhide and dragon bones.
Or you could train combat with Slayer, and get lots of drops while training two stats at the same time.

You can go Green Dragons in the wilderness.
Bury the bones and keep the green hide and bank, it's quite a lot of money a trip.

and in members they do drop dragon scimi's

Ive been there for like 4 days and got 1 obby knife, 1 obby sword, 1 obby maul, 3 obby capes, 1 obby shield. I guess its just luck =/
