I decided to start the Mew Mew Collection I guess, so this is Pudding Fong
As you may notice the hair isn't completely equal the picture, but thats because on the drawing they have some single hair which doesn't look good applying on pixels..

I think you need to make the dress shorter, and put the socks there

Also, her shoes aren't that rounded, they are more pointy
