Then it's not an IP ban, it's just a ban from that account. once your account is banned you cannot access it.

I can log onto my account
I can post messages in ppls gb
I can do everything on my hp
I just cant load the client, hence y it's not an ip ban, it's just a shockwave ban

Erm ive got a shockwave ban..........i get the same message with any account i log into

And besides, the ban was 1 day long, not *REMOVED* perm! Habbo MODS are idiots and they havent replied to my email STILL

In the event of an illegal activity ban they might have permed your Habbo account, as well as your shockwaveID. You should try to login to your Habbo account on another computer.

and they're a lot better about answering them than they used to be too.
