1. Whats does it mean when ppl say "coded layout"

and 2. How do u put a layour on2 ur site then add a nav bar writing etc etc

coded layout is how the website is made. it isn't made like freewebs, eg "home page, underline" stuff like that. tis complicated, i hardly even get it

btw, for the navbar couldn't you just make it?

I dont think anyone fully gets the whole of the internet, because what you look at is just a load of codes.

Its very complicated stuff, ive been learning html for about a year and a half and im still not a fraction of the way through it!

But anyway when some1 codes a layout for you, you just upload that code to the internet and itll be a full layout. All you have to do is edit the codes to put what you want =D
