    Go to someones profile it should say "edit profile" click that then change the usertitle to <color=FF0000>Usertitle here</color> thats just using red as an example.

    Make sure in the drop down box below you put "admin set html allowed" or whatever that says cant remember

    Thats just totally from memory, it might be wrong

    tehe, your wrong thats for individual users but your not far off!!:p
    Try this:
    You need a VIP usergroup? (set with the VIP purchasing page thing)

    then you go to edit usergroup

    and then in their box you put
    Something along the lines offfff (this is from pure memory, and again i am probably wrong)
    In the first box:

    PHP Code:
    <br><color=blue

    PHP Code:
    </c></br
    Lol i thin kthere wrong but a bit of googling wont go a miss =]

    Why are you adding an a tag if it has no link attribute, it's just the font tags you'd want, there's no need to add an A tag.

    First box
    HTML Code:
    <font color="#000000">
    Second box:

    HTML Code:
    </font>
