I clicked forgot password/username as im tryin to logon to a very old account of mine. put in account name and email.. And it says to check my inbox. Ive tried multiple times and still after 4 days still havent recieved the details. :S

Is this common?

took me over 10weeks to get it

This happens to me, then when i finally get it.. i click the link.. and it says link is now invalid to use for safety reasons (because its been in my inbox for more than 6 hours+) Then i have to do the whole process again. So now i make sure i dont forget my password :rolleyes:

Resetting your pass normally takes minutes. Have you checked your junkmail?

Since Autumn it has taken days for a reset to come through to hotmail emails, which is pretty crap but one of those things.
