Ya just make sure you dont fall into the trap of making it look so different it looks weird

I'm not the best at thinking of unique stuff, but i do try

It looks allright.
The boxes looks boring and plain. You could work on the nav too.
If you're using Photoshop, it's simple to watermark stuff.
Just write a text, and increase the text size, then change the opacity to like 3%

its nice,
however i think the sub nav bar needs to be extended to come accross to the end of the 3 white boxes on the right.
and the nav cud be better ^^
