    Default Upper Body Strength

I'm looking for some ways I'm able to build my upper body strenght (Arms) from home, without having to buy anything. As far as I know, sit ups are one way of doing this, any others?

    Many Thanks.

Yes sit ups where you work your abdomen (predominately), will improve your arm strength :eusa_shif

Try a press-up instead for your arms, then get something heavy and do some bicep curls or deadweight lifting - it's good fun
You french fried when you should have pizza'd. If you french fry when you should pizza, you're gonna have a bad time....

To increase your upper body strength in your arms, you will probably need to buy some dumbells. These aren't that expensive and as Tom said, bicep curls will increase the muscle mass of your biceps. To increase stomach strength, try crunches as opposed to sit ups too.

You can't really build alot of muscle with no resistance but you can build some.

    Triceps - Triangle push-ups
    Chest - Normal push-ups

Really without any weights or equipment there's not much you can do, sorry

Push-ups, chinups that's all you can do without barbells or dumbells, and even those arn't the best to build muscle you want to start benching, bicel curling and using weight machines aswell as free weights.
