I am sure if you mean a party for HabboxLive then send a shoutout into the current DJ on air saying you have a party room you would like them to party in, if they are nice them i am sure they will

Your best bet would be to ask a DJ, or an events person... By the way, you can't be that posh because the word 'whom' wasn't used correctly there.
