its look like one from a habbo font generator by changed slightly

As the person above said, its basically that font edited, I had previously tried to find a font generator that did these things but they only did the standard ^ posted above

Select Glaklas
Type in text

Coloring
Open MS Paint (or another image editor)
Clear out all color inside using the eraser or some other tool
Fill in your colors

rep returned also i used this generator but some letters on that font aren't the same but similar in a way.
