    is it possible if the movie is less then 700mb to burn a movie onto a cd that a sony dvd player can read?

    If it can play DivX/XviD then yeah. Or you could make a VCd but that's generally crap quality.

    VCD is supported maybe i'll just look at buying a dvd burner.
    On a 20 inch tv would vcd still be crap?
