Both, I wouldn't go out with anyone who was ugly, and I wouldn't go out with someone who didn't have a nice personality.

Good personality and a nice body shape/good looks

Good laugh, not depressed, good personality, ok looking (doesn't have to be stunning just not some big swettie man beast), isn't boring and isn't a ****.

A girl needs the following: Blonde hair, blue eyes, great smile, not too fat and not too thin and a lot of personality to make me laugh etc.
