Hi all, im around 12st 8lbs, sort of fat for my age , i am fairly muscular under the fat, all im seeking is , What i should do to loose the fat and what i should eat, my current diet per day is: breakfast:- none , Dinner:- cheeseburger and chips tea:- random usually chicken and rice , i only really do excersise twice a week for 45 mins each time and thats in pe, can sombody reccomend what i should eat and do to excersise and loose this fat and weight , thanks
