    Default ipod touch

hi, when i go to turn my ipod touch 2g on it gets stuck at the apple logo.
i've tried the method of the home and power button and restoring but thats no use. i've also tried draining the battery and seeing if it'll work, but again, no luck.

any ideas or will i have to post it off back to apple?

Happened to me about a week back.. kept rebooting to apple logo, wouldn't get any further.. battery was drained as it was doing it though.

I restored it or something using iTunes.. I can't remember what step I did, it allowed me to setup a new iPod, restore from backup etc..

Have you hit shift+restore and loaded a backup manually like that?

exchange it for a new one?
    1. Jeremy 1129 up, 295 downA named based on the biblical name Jeremiah. Used as a name for children who are blessed with a large brain and/or penis. Also used as a replacement for "perfect".
We had a child and it had a very large penis so we named it Jeremy.

Reading through, it seems to be that you've used all the options and you've just gotta send it off.
Doesn't seem to be anything else you can possibly do....
i've been here for over 8 years and i don't know why
