Me and my friend amy are argueing.
Im saying oxtail soup is made from an ox's tail , and she says it's just beef.
Well an ox is beef so therefor im right?

1 large oxtail, trimmed of fat and cut into pieces
60g butter
1 tbsp olive oil
3 celery sticks, chopped
1 onion, stuck with 3 cloves
1 carrot, sliced
8 peppercorns
1 bouquet garni
2.5l water
4 tbsp sherryno
