I think normal members should be able to send PM's to multiple people, atleast 2 as when you wish to complain about a member of staff you need to PM atleast the Asst Manager and Manager (you could also have to PM staff AGM)
Obviously you can work around this by sending then changing name and sending again, but that takes longer

Ye I agree, when I have made other accounts in the past and went to PM some people I couldnt because I was only able to send to one person. Atleast 2 people would be an improvement in my opinion.

my reply will be "it will only take a few minutes to increase to send to more people" which will ultimately save more time as if it takes a few minues each time someone does that counts as more time soz
