What would encourage you to use library computers?

I was just wondering because I am putting a list forward to local schools and librarys on how to encourage students to use the library computers for SENSIBLE course-related/work-related work. No youtube or pr0n here guys

Any ideas are welcome and for the best answer +REP will be given

If they were rewarded for using them/doing coursework/work stuff

free, fast internet with download capabilites and the pc would allow data to be burned to a disc or put on a flash drive. This would never happen for a million reasons but regardless, it's what it would take for me to use a library computer.

Try to stay away from those it's ment to be for work not play!

In my local area most of them let you on Facebook, Bebo and Myspace. Just not AIM or MSN.

Well, our library (Bearing in mind I haven't been in there for a good 3/4 years since we got broadband) but they never used to let us use our own memory sticks / floppy disks for fear of virus'. And they had ridiculously filtered internet.

So erm, decent speed, decent spec, not really filtered internet
