A way for all Donators to have VIP features

Hey,

With Habbox not being able to sell VIP/extra features anymore we need to think a way around it rather than just giving up, and I have the perfect solution. We could introduce achievements. One of them could be "Achieve a coloured username" and by donating you get a coloured username. Obviously donating and achievements are 2 completely seperate things. Now, achieving certain things can give you rewards such as reputation points and many VIP features. Achieving a coloured username will reward you with a whole bundle of features and reputation points, basically what you would get if you bought VIP. And for extra fun on the forum you could add many different achievements like "reach 5000 posts", "be +repped 50 times", "have 5 refferals" etc.

This wouldn't work as your basicly "Paying" for achievments witch would be why we have this problem in the first place right?

2 seperate things, you can get a coloured username via free methods anyway such as winning VIP.

You don't have to pay to 'achieve' a coloured username - you can win MoTM, for example. I actually quite like this idea, though how plausible this would be to implement, I don't know...

Could do this anyway. Habbo's only problem was that Habbox was receiving money while we got premium services.. Theres nothing wrong with acheiving anything aslong as we're not giving Habbox money, because sulake don't allow it.

Small donations such as what is available now for a coloured username as a thanks and recognition, is as far as they can go in the giving us extra's department.

Yep exactly, the achievements could be added to the FAQ's or even have it's own page. It might have to be done manually though rather than the rewards being given out automatically.

yeah but its the same with vip.

they have hc membership but they still remove our vip.

They can moan if they really wanted!

Afterall they sell habbo club but would let us sell an equivelent

However I think this is an AWESOME idea.

Get management to view this thread.

Also the referall thibng is a good idea as it would get more people to habbox - E.G. More people to buy 'Donator'

Not bad idea as they go, it's too confusing and long-winded for my liking but I just realised that the VIP Features are being spread through the ranks anyway. So it's within my own interests to wait for that, that way I can get the features with out paying for them
