I think they will stay at 4 hc, I also think that they will only rise once the ChildLine events and competitions are over due to the fact that theres a chance they could be given out again in another childline competiton

When it was worth 10 HC people were paying 4-7 to get rid of them due to their popularity and what with everyone selling it , it was more of a competitive seller than a proper rare. So the price stuck since a majority of the habbo economy owned it. It was just a fad to sell it at 10 and then go low and some actually starting low.

Yeah and jimi and blue both speak the truth.. Seriously they're unattractive looking. And theres a decent amount of them out there. More people were selling than buying, and so they kept undercutting the others and thats why it's dropped so much! But it could potentially be a good investment, as like jimi said, the price might rise after childline events are over (and if more of these aren't given out).
