Hey,
I was just wondering 'Are all skill capes members only, including the f2p skills?' It's just I read somewhere on here that the firemaking cape was members? If yes, I'm really gutted. I thought that if you got 99 in an f2p skill, you'd get it from a f2p-NPC

They're members items but emotes are F2P but you need a cape to use it.

If you are a member and you're members runs out I think you can still wear the cape until you take it off, then you can't put it back on I think I'm not sure.
Is a hippopotamus a hippopotamus or just a really cool opotamous?
