Thumbs up How to prevent from being scammed!

Hello everyone. Welcome to my thread. Please read this carefully, there's alot of scammers on Habbo that would do anything to get a hold of you're items! Remember: Even a friend could be a scammer. Don't fall for it.
    Common Scams:
The "Look my password comes up as *****!" First of all, Habbo does not block you're password. So if you even accidently say it, a Habbo could get on you're account.

The "I'm Habbo staff" Scam is very common. But it's easy to tell who is staff and who is not. First, every staff member had a "Staff" badge. And a staff members homepage has a special background.

And the "Go to www._____ for free furni!" Don't go to the website unless it's a official fansite of Habbo. Or another site you've been to you know it doesen't scam. If a habbo tells you to go to a tk site, it's a scam. Most of the sites will ask you to fill out you're username and password for free furni. It will NOT give you free furni, they will find you're password and take all you're stuff.

DO NOT: Give you're email,Birthdate, password. If you give them out, they can change you're password.

If a habbo offers you a rare for free it's likely to be a scam. *Some habbo's are actually nice though and will give you it for free*

If a Habbo offers a high price for an item, it isn't considered a scam. It's up to you to choose a fair price for an item.

Have fun guys and remember stay safe and don't fall for any scams!:eusa_danc
