    Question Countdown Mix?

    Heya,

I need a mix for my radio show, so really I need to learn how to.

Like you know on The UK Top 50 he goes "this weeks main entries are" and you have a audio preview of one with him speaking over it.

Which software could I use to make somet like this, and what kinda effects should I include?

Steinberg Nuendo 4 or Waves Platinium or if you want a cheaper alternative Audacity

I did it in Audacity but all the songs changed speed.

Is there a way of putting them on different lines, so they don't change speed etc? Cuz when I did it, they wouldn't paste where I wanted them, they would go on a new line but at the start instead of where i put them to paste.

You can put them on different lines by using..

    Tracks > Add New > Audio/Stereo Track

Then made sure that they're all on the right speed on the bit at the side, if one goes faster than it should increase/decrease the rate.

And you can use tool to move the tracks around.
