If it's not meant to be, it's not meant to be. Simple as really and as hard as it is to move on clearly the two of your weren't meant to be together so it's better that it happened sooner rather then later.

Like said, casually tell her that you still want to be with her but don't ask her to get back together with you or force her into anything because it'll push her away all the more. Just let her know how you are feeling on the current situation and leave her to deal with that and if she wants to come back then she will, if not then going back to my first point, if it's not meant to be, it's not meant to be.
