    steamed salmon?
    a few weeks/months ago i thought i had a well healthy meal when i had steamed a salmon fillet on a bed of grated carrots. was rly tasty aswell because i added some seasoning n herbs to the salmon.

    ermm, well no
    just chop up some chicken cook it a bit in some oil in a wok or a frying pan if you dont have one. add in some veg (beansprouts, mange tout, sweetcorn anything really) and some straight to wok noodles and you can get sauces and stuff to mix in with it hope that helpzz, its really good for you and easy to do.

    I personally think a healthy sandwich is a good option.

    You can use multi grain bread or wholemeal bread (what ever tickles you a fancy). And just add healthy foods, i.e, lettuce, cheese, tomato, cucumber, and maybe some ham or something like that?

    Pasta on its own.
    I Would add some vegetables
    i mean i know alot of people dont like vegetables
    but sometimes when they are mixed in
    it tastes alot better!

    Maybe add some grated cheese for more taste!
