Urgh just everything, friends college I just feel like staying in bed all day every day. I have all these depressing thoughts such as "OK I'm at college now, I'll go to Uni, get a degree work for 40 years in a boring job and retire". Urgh, nightmare.

Jake I know exactly how you feel, I try my best to detatch from my friends because they just irritate me now. I like to meet new people, and they're always around me so I can't. When you finish Sixth Form, you'll feel so much better. I'm looking forward to finishg, because then I can go and live my own life.

Yeah, I really want to go to University now and then I want to take on the whole world and not be stuck in some office job although I fear that's where people who are very academic end up.

Yeah, well most academic people do end up in office jobs but to be honest, there's that many job oppurtunities nowadays, that'd be a very stereotypical thing to say. You just have to look around really.

Yeah, which makes me think maybe do a criminology degree and join the police force somewhere in the middle, which isn't an office job but not patrolling the streets. Decent pay and good pension

Jake you're deluded there. The Police Force is an office job, my mums a paedophile officer & my dads been all over the place in the police, and they were all office jobs. The paperwork in the police is unethical.

Go into Gun Design, that way you'll always have a job and you'll get to play with guns!

You have no reason to be scared of ending up in a boring job, if you get a degree in pretty much anything it opens doors for all kind of careers, i think your problem is that you don't know what you like and want to be doing for the rest of your life. I have that problem too
