    Default Wrist hurts?

So on Monday I noticed my left wrist was hurting at dance practice. It felt sort of like I needed to crack it (like cracking your back) and its clicking a bit and its just uncomfortable/gives me slightly sharp pains if I try to support my weight with it (like when doing pushups). Someone asked me if I fell on it, and though I dont remember doing so it's possible that I might have over the weekend since I dont remember Saturday night that well. :eusa_whis Anyway, so I was wondering has this happened to anyone else - where your wrist has hurt like this and you were positive it WASNT from a fall? And do you guys have any suggestions on what I can do to make it feel better? I'll probably go get it xrayed in another week if its still hurting then.
    Ex-mod.

I've pretty much quit Habbo & Habbox, but I still stop by every once in a while. If you knew me, send me a message saying hi, and I promise I'll get back to you! Miss all you wonderful people who saved me from boredom all those years.

If it hurts to put pressure on it then you should refrain from doing so, give it a few days like you said but if the pain still remains go to the doctors or just go get it x rayed like you said.

You might have strained or dislocated it, maybe you hurt it while you were dancing?
Best to see a doctor and see what they say, if it swells then put some ice on it.

Put some ice on it if it looks swollen. If it looks dislocated then you can go to your A&E or just pop it back in yourself!

It may be badly bruised but as you've said, give it some time and avoid dancing if it involves you putting weight on that wrist.

Don't EVER pop it in yourself, if you trap a nerve then that can lead to paralysisation.

It's strained, from the sounds of it there is also slight bruising on the bone at the joint, lay off it, ice pack it for around an hour to reduce swelling and any pain, and for god sake stop typing.
