whats habbo furni external mean?

I've seen people going on about it on this forum but what exactly is it? :S

Furni Externals are the sprite codes of all the furniture in the hotel. Basically if a sprite of a certain furni is loaded in the hotel, the specific sprite in turn loads a series of images relating to that furni.
People use them, because they are open source, to find out about new furni as it is added to the page before it's released onto the hotel(s).
