Layout Advice [+Rep]

Well, im thinking about opening a general habbo site pointing out the best and worst parts, like noob activity, amazing casino wins, good rooms just a general habbo blog.

The layout I have created was adapted from puhekupla and im not too sure if its identicle. So before I coded it what should I do? Change the colours, leave a notice or link back?

Looks abit too dark if you ask me, lighten it up and change the black to maybe a habbo blue or something?

If by adapted you mean copy and by copy you mean steal, then yes go for it!

You've straight up taken the images and just moved them around to look different.
You can't just take people's work at say "Oh.. I'll link back to them" as either way it is Copyright Infringement.
