Well... obviously not or else they wouldn't come hunting for your site. This thread seems pointless. There is no way to get around licensing fee's, if you say to the PPL (or whatever they are called) 'soz mi mum sez am allowed soz!!' they are not going to email back saying oh it's okay then, you're off the hook. :rolleyes:

You should just get your licence. If you don't you can end up with hefty fines for each song you play.

No. If there is a rule about being too young to own a license then the person would not be able to run a radio, at all. They would have to run it under their parents name and then, buy a license. Common sense people :S
