Recovering a Hard-drive

Afternoon.

My PC has given up the ghost, and won't get past the windows loading screen.

How do I take my HDD out of the tower, and plug it into my new PC to get to get some stuff off it?

I'm assuming I need some sort of lead?

Yeah all you need to do is unplug your old hard drive and put it in your new computer and attach the molex and the Sata or IDE cable which ever you have.
