Trialists

They fail quite frankly, a numerous ammount of super staff we're on, their were 3 people banned from the room in their, they just laughed at them because they are their 'friends', i mean what?

I am a trialist.
I said to Leaahh. that someone in the room was banned and she did nothing about it.
I pursued this until he was kicked, although he left before any action could be taken.

If you have any complaints then please speak to :Mobile or any member of higher staff.

Forgot to add: some people on either the "temp ban" or "perm ban" lists are being dealt with. You may notice staff wont kick them - they may be in the middle of an appeal and have the right and allowance to stay under supervision of staff.

Anyway - it isn't any responsibility of yours to point out other peoples positions/conditions within the room. Leave the staff work to staff please.

In what way is it work for the staff? many people in the help desk were being harassed and absolutely nothing was being done?

Only SS and management have rights in the desk

Trialists can try and stop issues, but only SS and above can issue bans and kick

Maybe tht solves ur problem?

Maybe you didn't see a member of staff warning him?
Three warnings then itl be a kick. If he was warned by a staff with no rights then what else could that staff possibly do? Nothing.

Please think about what you are going to post before you post the actual text.

If you see further incidents then do as instruced above - report it to staff.

Yes, but as i said if you would consider reading the thread properly, staff were laughing at him, talking to him not warning him.

I really think you should listen to the post from the more senior staff. Instead of taking this so vocally, and talking to the trialist the way you just did, you should talk to more higher staff or Leah if you feel it has to go there.

If you have any complaints about staff members then you really should PM myself and :Mobile as we can deal with it appropriately.

Unfortunately I wasn't online when this occured last night so I didn't see what happened, although i'm sure superstaff would kick banned members, especially if they were being abusive.

There are a few bans that are being dealt with at the moment by nvrspk4 so thats why you might see a couple of people in the desk that are banned.
