Hey,
I would like to apologize for my recent behaviour in the help desk and on the forum, those who look at this section of the forum often will notice what i have done wrong. I tried to express my opinion in a kind way, i think it started off as an acceptable opinion but it escalated and got out of hand, i do apologize for my childish comments and i do assure you it will not happen again, i shall still come into the help desk now and then if that is ok with the staff, i will stay away from the help desk feedback forum to stop any further arguments between staff or just general forum users and i, some of the help desk staff and i do not get on well but i suppose that's just what happens online and in real life, once again i would like to officially apologize to the help desk staff and forum users for my behaviour, i am sorry.
