    Exclamation cold, grrr :(

Urgg, i have got a cold, and i had no sleep at all last night was just up all night waiting for the clock to get to like 9 so i could get up. the thing is i feel fine now, but i know tonight i will feel tired, and have a headache and sick again.

I hate having a cold as i always feel ok during the day but at night i feel crap :|

I don't see what having a cold has to do with being tired/headache at night time, just don't spend a lot of time in front of computer/tv or don't have too much light shining as it'll give you a headache which will stop you from sleeping. As you've had hardly any sleep last night you'll be tired quicker and likely to get more sleep tonight.

Having a cold runs you down, so when my body is getting tired it makes you feel worse as its fighting the cold off. ? I dunno.

Yeah hopefully will get some sleep tonightt

Buy some Olbas oil or a Olbas Inhaler, they unblock your nose so you can breathe again.

Try sleeping upright by proping yourself up with loads of pillows, I have this pillow which is a triagle shape which I find is really good.
