Yeah basically last night I was sitting at the computer doing coursework and a few mates were in the student flats playing fifa in my room, I had left my phone on the bed and one absolute arse proceeded to send out a mass message to my friends giving a detailed story that I had been stabbed during a fight at a club on friday night and my body was being flown home to Northern Ireland for the funeral on wednesday. This mass message also happened to reach my mother who went into hysterics and drove to the airport demanding a flight over here!
Has anyone ever done anything like this to anyone here? Needless to say I was raging for ages but then eventually found the funny side, especially what people had wrote back

Closest experience would have to be some of my friends took my phone when I was asleep on a bus and proceeded to send a text message to my mother and grandma asking for sex. Quite awkward.

I've never had anything like that done to me, I would be quite pissed off if someone did XD! A couple of my friends and I were talking about viagra once while one of my other friends was on the phone to his mum and she heard, that was quite funny

I would probably find the funny side of it first then get really angry, that's such a stupid thing to do especially to someones mum. Someone stole a friends phone and texted the whole contact list asking if anyone wanted to buy cocaine off her and it got to her mum who went absolute nuts and got police involved and everything which was OTT but yer was stupid thing to do

Yeah I was pissed at the start but once I calmed folk down it was cool, some of the text messages I got were brilliant though lol some guy i havent seen in ages sent a message back saying wow thats really terrible hes gone we're gonna miss him, suppose i cant get cod4 back now ill seem like an inconsiderate ass
