Anyway, I am basically here because Habbo Forums has always been a reliable place to source people who can design, code, and integrate Vbulletin forums.

I am essentially looking to hire somebody to design, code and implement a Vbulletin forum a non-Habbo venture. It is in regard to a professional service.

I will need a professional skin/theme,
buttons,
userbars,
all typical stuff.

Must be able to code the latest version of VBulletin. Looking for neat, clean, tidy coders. No botched jobs with dirty looking code. Must have a portfolio to preview me with previous work. Will be a contract of sale. The theme should be unique and on the purchase, all intellectual property rights blah blah blah from the work will be transferred to me.

Any recommendations?
