    Default A Handy Change!

    Ok, this change isn't that Handy.. but i just wanted to be clever with the name.
    I was looking at some pictures of the previous Version of habbo and i saw that the arrows had moved.

    So the arrows fromn the top have moved to underneath the Close Button.
