There are ways of getting photoshop for free...
But theres something called gimp that's free. I think it's that. Theres always PAINT

MSPaint is the king of all pixel programs, photoshop and all that are for cheats
However if you do want that, there are plenty of downloads around with "cracks" so you don't need to pay, just need to find one that isn't a virus
