What's the best iteam to high alch in members

I haven't played runescape in a long time so i am trying to get back up to date with iteam alching prices, i am currently 75 mage and i am trying to train mage. My question is what could i high alch from now till about 90 mage?

What iteam and how much would i lose per 1k alchs including nats?

Havent alched in ages, but i remember yew longs used to be the best to alch.

yew longs have been up and down the last few weeks. i lost 4m 55>82.

given that

yew long - 696
nature rune - 233

lost 161 per alch of a yew long.
to get to 90 you need about 64000 alchs

10,304,000 gp for 90, although 90 doesn't really have many advantages.

this is based on the prices above, they sometimes alter. i was buying longs for 660 and nats for 226 when i got 82 mage.

how do you profit 2gp if you buy they alch for 9k ?

Theres like 9.1k on G.E and high alch for 9.3k
